Child Care

Hey Guys!

The Burgess' and Altman's discussed tonight a couple new options for our child care. Obviously tonight didn't go too well with the babysitter and we've been needing to make a change for a while now. If we want to really focus in our small group and minimize distractions as much as possible the child care situation needs to change a little.

So, we came up with these two options: The first, alot of the small groups at church (like Todd's group for example) don't even offer child care and everyone has to find their own each week, so that's one option. The second option is that the Mom's and/or Couples rotate each week watching the kiddos. That would mean you would have to do a rotation once every six weeks, not bad at all =) AND it would be free. We discussed maybe the Mom could be with the kids and if she needs help her husband would basically be "on call." If you are going to miss the week you're supposed to do your babysitting rotation you would be responsible for finding coverage.

Please be thinking about these two options and let us know which one you would prefer. Comment on here or text/call me or Vanessa. The final decision will be made on Saturday so I will post it on Sunday so we can put this into action on Monday for small group. I'll also be posting the menu for next week in a couple days.
