First off I would like to say Congratulations to all the Babies from our Small Group that got dedicated to the Lord this weekend! Also a big Congrats to the parents too. What an amazing day for you and your family. As a small group we vow to help you to raise a godly child and to be there to support you through this crazy thing called parenting. Again a big Congrats! So Brandon, Owen and I are back from vacation and frantically trying to unpack, get caught up on Laundry, clean up the house, plan Owens Birthday Party and get ready for our Baby Shower! Yea, lots going on for us this upcoming month but I know somehow we will make it through all this chaos.
As far as Small Group this week, we are back on. We will be discussing Chapters 4 & 5 of our James study, so please make sure and do those two sessions before Thursday. Since I have zero food in my fridge for us to eat I really haven't given the menu much thought for this week. Any volunteers to bring the main dish? I was maybe thinking someone can pick up a few Costco pizza's, someone can bring a large salad and someone can do dessert. Something simple. Any volunteers for any of these items? Please let me know ASAP and I will officially post a menu, hopefully by tomorrow afternoon at the latest. We will also have our normal sitters back this week so please bring your $5 for child care. I think that is about all at this point. Please let me know if I have confused anyone at this point, I realize I am starting to ramble. Check back in tomorrow for the menu and we will see you all Thursday. O yea, and ignore my house please, it is a bit of a disaster!
