I am sure all of you know already, but Owen is going to have a little sister! We are so excited and even more excited that everything on the ultrasound looked great. She had 10 fingers, 10 toes and a healthy normal looking brain and heart. Yea God!
Here is what we are thinking. Brandon and I will host small group every week unless otherwise stated. We were also thinking of rotating the main dish of the pot luck each week. How does that sound to everyone? This week will be Brandon and I's turn since the Williams got last week. So here is the pot luck menu:
Burgess'- Jamaican Jerk Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Scott's- Baked Beans (I know we had them last week, but it goes with the menu.)
Poe's- Pasta, Macaroni, or Potato Salad (your choice)
Altman's- Dessert
William's- Soda
Everything sound okay? If you wont be here this week or can't bring your item listed above please let me know asap and I'll make sure its covered. We will be going over our last Chapter in our parenting study, chapter 6. Our homework for the week is for each couple to come up with 2 different study choices you are interested in doing for our next study and bring your ideas to group this week! If you are leaning toward studying a book of the Bible, please pick two different books in the Bible you are interested in studying and we can find a study book to go along with it later on. Then after discussion we can put a list together for everyone to go home with and we can all pray over them throughout the next week and then chose a study the following week. Does that make sense? If you have any questions just let Brandon or I know. I think that is about it. Hope you all have a great week and we will see you all Thursday!
