So unfortunately I have some sad news to report, two of the eight couples in our group are leaving us. The Poes & The Heaths. Both situations are very understandable but we are going to miss them very much. The Poe family just has too much going on, they lead their own small group already and with the addition of a 3rd child on the way it is just too big of a commitment for them to make right now. We will miss them so much but are so proud of the Godly life they are leading and the friendships we were able to make with them. The Heaths also have some big news, Baby 2 is also on the way! That’s right Shanon and Danielle are expecting a new baby in March, yay! Unfortunately Shanon’s work schedule has gotten really crazy and a bit out of control so they just can not commit to coming every week and don’t feel it is fair to the group. So sad, they will be very missed. If you can please take some time this week to pray for both of these families as their lives are very busy and changing with the addition of the new babies.
Okay, as for Thursday, I have had no volunteer babysitters except for Kaitlyn. Matt will be out of town and she babysit last so I just don’t feel its fair to have her do it again, and alone. So here is what we are going to do. Since we lost 2 couples and my kids won’t be here we will only have 4 kids at group this week, Olivia, Cami, Caleb & Piper, so we are thinking no sitters this week. We aren’t starting the study that night so it will be fine to include the kids and let them kind of do their own thing. Libby has agreed to remain doing the babysitting schedule so she will be posting the new rotation soon, so please keep a look out for that. I think that is about it for now. Please remember to bring your Remembering the Forgotten God books to group on Thursday and the workbook if you chose to purchase that. Looking forward to seeing you all and getting back into the Word together!!!
